Connecting Systems. Centering Humanity.

Held in partnership with Destination: Home and Local Color, as part of the 2026 National Lived Experience Leadership Conference, this art exhibition and reception explored homelessness through the lens of connection, dignity, and community. RCP's Administrative and Special Projects Coordinator Serey Nouth curated the exhibition.

This year’s exhibition featured 18 artists and 50 pieces of artwork, with $10,980 in art sales so far. And it’s not too late to purchase a piece of artwork for yourself! Available artwork can still be purchased through Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:45 PM PDT. All proceeds go directly to the artists, who have experienced homelessness and/or incarceration.

The reception was an important opportunity to center lived experience through art and create space for connection, conversation, and reflection.
