Meghna Virick
Meghna Virick is a professor of business specializing in human resource management
and associate dean of undergraduate programs. Her research focuses on unemployment/underemployment
and gender and race-related issues in HR practices, such as talent and succession
planning.
Her focus on diversity emphasizes issues that affect women and older workers. Virick worked in HR at multiple organizations for six years before returning to academia. She holds a doctoral degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in HR management/organizational behavior.
